As with many websites developed today using Flash or Swish, content is normally within the fla and swi files. SE's are starting to read these, but it is still not the same as having content on your web page, html content.

First of all your content must be true to the theme of your web site and so should your tags. If your selling ladies shoes than your content should reflect that. Not automoblie parts. Bots, get pissed off when you try to trick them and so do people doing a search for something.

Each and every page of your website should be created this way. Let say your main page will feature ladies shoes, you want to reflect that, and then your about page is concentrating on your company specifics, then that page's content and tags should do the same.

Remember to add content to every web page, but also remember to be true as to what you add.
